Claim Preparation Experts, LLC was founded in 2011 by President Mario Rios. Mario has over 15 years of Estimating, Appraisal & Umpire Services. Our team represents Public Adjusters, Insurance Adjusters, Water Mitigation & Restoration Contractors and Law Firms with over 8,000 thousand estimates written since our inception. Our goal is to provide you with a detailed estimate for your insurance claim.

The purpose of an Appraisal / Appraiser is to allow a quick and inexpensive resolution of the claim where the value of the loss is in dispute between a policyholder and the insurance company. We will negotiate on your behalf to obtain the settlement that you deserve.

An Umpire refers to language in an insurance policy that provides for a means of resolution by an unbiased third party if an insurer and an insured cannot agree on the amount of a claim payment. The appraisal process requires both the insurance company and the policy holder to hire an appraiser of their choosing to assess the damages and the cost to repair them.
